chi·nook
SHəˈno͝ok,CHə-/ noun noun: chinook wind 1. a warm dry wind that blows down the east side of the Rocky Mountains at the end of winter. Well we woke up early to the Chinook winds with gust up to 75MPH. On inspection of the farm we found that our loafing shed had been moved to our neighbors property. The loafing shed damaged some fence and eventually collapsed. While checking the rest of the fence line I saw another neighbors barn being torn apart by the winds. The other fun part about all this was we had several inches of snow that melted overnight and the pasutes were a mixture of ice, mud and puddles
